The purpose of this document is to explain what we do and how we’ll work with you. This covers our services, how we get paid, how we process your data, and what to do if you’d like to make a complaint. It’s important that you read and understand this document.

The term ‘Inspire Finance’ or ‘us’ refers to the owner of the service. Inspire Finance Limited (9283415). The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user of the service.

OUR SERVICES:
At Inspire Finance Ltd, we help businesses access suppliers across a wide portfolio of products and services that are suitable for your requirements (based on the information you disclose to us).

We will connect you with suppliers who will provide you with information about the product and/ or service and they’ll ensure you understand the conditions of any offer before you decide to proceed

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products/ services that may be available to you. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the service, by phone on 0330 1227 338 (9:00 – 5:00, Monday to Friday) and by email on compliance@inspiredfinance.co.

OUR CHARGES
We will not charge you any fee for our service as we receive payment directly from the supplier(s). Should you have any questions relating to the above, please feel free to contact us on 0330 1227 338.

DATA PROTECTION
When we provide services to you we will need to gather information about your personal circumstances. The information you provide to us will be subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (the “Regulation”).
